Can I use your address to register my business with ASIC and the ATO?

Yes, absolutely. All our packages provide a legal, physical commercial street address in Port Macquarie. Because our premises are physically staffed during mandatory business hours, our address fully complies with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) and Australian Taxation Office (ATO) requirements for a Registered Office Address and Principal Place of Business.

How will I know when I have received mail?

The moment mail arrives for your business, our on-site team logs it into our secure portal. You will receive an email notification that same day. Depending on your chosen plan, We will scan and email you, and forward the physical documents to your chosen address.

Can I use this address for my Google Business Profile and local SEO?

Yes, but it must be set up as a Service Area Business (SAB). You are welcome to use our physical address in the backend of Google to verify your account and establish your presence in Port Macquarie. However, to comply with our building policies and Google’s own anti-spam guidelines, you must hide our physical address from the public map. Instead, you will select your local service areas (e.g., Greater Port Macquarie). This allows you to rank perfectly in local search results while keeping your profile safe from suspension.

Can your staff sign for courier packages and registered mail?

Yes. Because our office is fully staffed during standard business hours, we can accept and sign for deliveries from Australia Post, DHL, FedEx, Toll, and other major couriers. Please note that we cannot accept large freight, hazardous goods, or items requiring cash-on-delivery (COD) payments.

What identification do I need to provide to set up my account?

To comply with Australian anti-money laundering frameworks and business verification standards, we require all new clients to complete a quick identity check. After checkout, We will contact you to provide 100 points of ID (such as a valid Australian Driver’s License and Passport) along with proof of your business registration. Your service will be activated once these documents are verified.

Is my mail safe and secure?

Completely. We treat data protection and privacy with the utmost seriousness. All physical mail is immediately transferred to a locked, restricted-access area on-site that only our trained, authorised staff can access. For our Digital Mailroom clients, all mail opening and scanning is conducted under strict confidentiality protocols, and physical documents are destroyed using secure cross shredding.

Are there any hidden fees or lock-in contracts?

None at all. We believe in total transparency. Our plans run on a flexible, month-to-month subscription basis with no lock-in contracts, meaning you can cancel at any time. We also offer annual payments which gives you 2 months free. The price you see is the price you pay.
